Barry founded Partner Consulting in 1998 with the goal of establishing a telecommunications consulting organization that would supplement client IT and Finance organizations in the assessment, implementation and financial management of telecom networks and platforms. Since then, Partner Consulting has successfully grown to support a large client base that includes Fortune 500 businesses, Healthcare, Utilities and State Government entities.

Glorimar directs a team of consultants, engineers and project managers who focus on assisting clients with Digital Transformation Initiatives. Through in-depth auditing and inventory validation, they design a roadmap to implement Enterprise Network initiatives and then confirm Return on Investment objectives have been meet. Glorimar also possesses in-depth knowledge and understanding of Contact Center operations which allow her to successfully implement service and cost optimization strategies.

Over the years she has worked extensively in the areas of telecommunications strategy, workforce realignment, process improvement, and selection of expense management tools and platforms.

David Will

Vice President, Consulting Services

David oversees Partner Consulting Telecom Expense Management Services. David’s goal is to maximize client’s telecom expenditures by correcting monthly billing errors when they occur and by maintaining competitive contract rates. David accomplishes this by leveraging the Partner team of consultants and telecom analysts in the monthly tracking and analysis of client bills. David has extensive experience with carrier negotiations, network design, and billing operations.
