Avaya IVR Specialist: The successful candidate will work in an exciting, large scale enterprise environment as part of a team that will be rolling out a consolidated, standardized technology strategy encompassing a major hospital and many of their business partners. This is a great opportunity to grow with the organization as it expands its technology and applications platforms by designing, integrating and implementing major upgrades to critical IVR systems and setting them up for successful operational support with reporting, management and a process for script changes.
We will consider applicants for both contract and full time employment for this full time consulting position.
This position includes a requirement to be on-site in Lancaster, PA.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Must have expertise in Avaya Express Portal as well as working in an Avaya Aura environment. The positon requires experience with migrating IVR applications from older platforms to Avaya Express Portal.
Exceptional Customer Service Skills are required. The successful candidate must maintain a strong focus on customer service. This position will require a person that is extremely professional, courteous and flexible to changes in schedule and requirements.
Exceptional Communications Skills are required. The successful candidate must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees including senior management through a variety of platforms including in person, over the phone, email and instant messaging.
Must be able to work independently and be a self-motivator in order to facilitate efforts in a fast paced environment.
Healthcare experience is a plus.
